Is there a shuttle from Sendai Station?
A free shuttle bus runs from the east exit of Sendai Station (booking required, departing 14:00 and 16:00). By car it is about 30 minutes from Sendai Station. Miyagi Kotsu buses also run from stand 8 at the west exit of Sendai Station.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 14:30 and check-out is 11:00. Check-in closes at 18:00 on plans with one night and two meals, and at 22:00 on plans with breakfast only.

Can I stay with a pet?
We have rooms where you can stay with a small dog. Pet plans cannot be booked through some booking sites, so please contact us directly.

How many rooms are there, and what types?
There are 166 rooms in the main building plus the Annex. Types include Japanese-style and Japanese-Western rooms. Guests in the Annex take their meals and use the bathing halls in the main building, about 3 minutes' walk away.
What is the difference between the Annex and the main building?
The Annex is a separate building about 3 minutes' walk from the main building through the courtyard. Meals, the bathing halls and the public areas are in the main building, and you have the same facilities and service as main-building guests.

What baths are there?
There are 16 baths in total across three bathing areas, so you can go round them all. They include the open-air rock bath Yakushi no Yu Ume no Yosoi and the bathing hall Suishinkyo (full moon bath), each with its own character. There is also a private bath.
What kind of hot spring water is it?
It is a sodium-calcium chloride spring, held to help with neuralgia, muscle and joint pain, fatigue and chronic skin conditions.

We serve dishes prepared with care by the head chef using local ingredients. Plans include dinner and breakfast or breakfast only. There is also a bar and lounge.

There is free parking for 400 cars. We also run a shuttle to the second and third car parks, and large vehicles can be parked.
