How do I get there?
About 5 minutes walk from the north exit of JR Tottori Station (approximately 300m heading east, turn left at traffic light). From Tottori Airport: about 15 minutes by bus or about 25 minutes by taxi. From Tottori IC on the Tottori Expressway: about 10 minutes by car towards Tottori Station via National Route 29.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 (latest check-in 23:00), and check-out is at 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available for 1,100 yen per hour.

Children are welcome. Infants (0 yen booking) and children age 4 and older require a facility use fee of ¥1,650. Please contact the ryokan for details.

What is the spring quality and efficacy of Tottori Onsen?
Tottori Onsen is a sodium chloride sulfate spring known as a beauty water due to its colorless and transparent appearance and smooth texture. It is said to be effective for rheumatism, skin conditions, and fatigue recovery. It is a rare hot spring in Japan that wells up in a prefectural capital city center.
What kind of baths are available?
We have separate gender large baths (Ichi-no-yu and Ni-no-yu) and a private family bath (San-no-yu, advance reservation not required). All feature source water directly from the spring. The bath water is characteristically on the warm side. Bathing hours are from check-in through 8:30 the following morning (8:30–cleaning time).

How long does it take to reach Tottori Sand Dunes?
About 20 minutes by car to Tottori Sand Dunes. About 25 minutes by car to Hakuto Beach. You can also reach the sand dunes by bus from Tottori Station.

We mainly provide Japanese cuisine using seasonal ingredients. Japanese breakfast featuring local Tottori ingredients such as "etegai" is popular. For dinner, guests can enjoy San'in local delicacies centered around Japanese kaiseki cuisine.
