Is there a shuttle service?
Free shuttle service is available from JR Shizuoka Station. Please book up to 1 week in advance if desired. The shuttle departs from Shizuoka Station North Exit at 13:00 and arrives at the facility at 14:30. The next morning, it departs from the facility at 10:00 and arrives at Shizuoka Station at 11:00.

How many guest rooms do you have? What are they like?
We are a small ryokan with 5 rooms in total. The rooms are primarily Japanese-style, featuring the warmth of wood and tatami, with options including rooms with Simmons beds, modern Japanese rooms with Okinawan tatami, and rooms with panoramic mountain views. All rooms are non-smoking.

We offer a day-use plan where you can enjoy one private bath for 1 hour (3,300 yen), as well as day-use plans that combine meals and a private bath. For details, please check our official website or call.

What is the spring quality and characteristics of Konya Onsen?
It is a strongly alkaline sulfur spring with pH 10.3 (alkaline simple sulfur spring), known as "nature's moisturizer" for its silky smooth feel. Being hypotonic, water penetrates the skin quickly, removing dead skin cells to leave skin smooth. You can expect beautifying benefits. It won first place in the "Proud of Spring Quality" category in the central region.

How many types of private baths are there? Do I need to make a reservation?
There are 4 types of private baths: "Hana", "Tori", "Kaze", and "Tsuki". Guests can use them free of charge, without reservation, and as many times as they wish during their stay.

Can you arrange something special for an anniversary or celebration?
If you inform us at least 7 days before your reservation, we can prepare an original cake (choose from 4 types, approximately ¥3,500). Please answer in the questions section of the booking screen.

What kind of food is served?
Japanese cuisine created by the proprietress using seasonal ingredients from Umegashima's rich nature. Meals feature sweetfish (amago), Suruga Jidori chicken, Shizuoka prefecture black wagyu beef, wild vegetables, and wasabi from Umegashima (a site recognized as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System). Meals are served in a private dining room on the first floor.
Can I eat at the irori hearth?
Dining at the irori is by reservation only (closed in summer), and an additional fee applies. You can enjoy the rustic atmosphere of the countryside with salt-grilled sweetfish over charcoal and sake served in bamboo vessels. Please mention if you're interested when making your reservation.

How do I get there?
About 1 hour 30 minutes by Shizutetsu Just Line Abe Line bus from JR Shizuoka Station (get off at Oonoki bus stop). About 45 minutes from Shin-Tomei Shizuoka IC. Free shuttle service from Shizuoka Station available (reservation required, up to 1 week in advance).
