How do I get here by train?
Take the Odakyu Line to Hakone-Yumoto Station, then transfer to the Hakone Tozan Railway and get off at Gora Station (about 35 minutes from Hakone-Yumoto). From Gora Station, you can use our complimentary shuttle service, or take the Hakone Tozan Cable Car to Sounzan Station and walk for about 3 minutes.
What are the road conditions like in winter?
Chain regulations may be in effect during winter (January to March). If you are driving, please check road conditions in advance before visiting.

What is the hot spring water quality?
It is a sodium bicarbonate spring, which is rare in Hakone and known for its beauty benefits. The reddish-tinged water is silky like natural soap and is said to have a beautifying effect. It is provided as source-fed hot spring water.
Is there a large public bath?
Yes, we have a large public bath. You can enjoy our source-fed large bath along with the private hot spring bath in your room.

Yes, all rooms have private source-fed hot spring baths. Each room features a unique setting—some offer spectacular views overlooking the Hakone mountains, while others are surrounded by forest. Each provides a different atmosphere to enjoy.

What kind of meals do you serve?
Our chef trained at a Kyoto kaiseki restaurant prepares seasonal kaiseki menus using Hakone vegetables, fresh fish from Odawara delivered each morning, and carefully selected Hida beef. Meals are served at leisure in private dining rooms of various sizes.
Can you accommodate allergies?
We can accommodate allergies to eggs, dairy, peanuts, and soba (advance reservation required; please contact us at least 5 days before). Accommodation for vegetarian, fish/seafood, gluten-free, religious, soy (soy sauce/miso) diets may be difficult.
