Do you offer shuttle service?
Shuttle service is available between JR Yonago Station and the facility (advance reservation required, up to 3 days prior). Pickup times are 15:00, 16:00, and 17:00; dropoff times are 9:00 and 10:00. Travel time is approximately 20 minutes.
How do I get there?
From JR Yonago Station, take a bus (bound for Kaike Onsen) for approximately 19 minutes and get off at Kaike Sightseeing Center, then walk for approximately 3 minutes. By car: approximately 15 minutes from Chugoku Ochiai JCT to Yonago IC, then approximately 15 minutes from Yonago IC to the facility.

Check-in is from 15:00 (final check-in at 19:00) and check-out is at 10:00. Times may differ depending on the plan.

Can I stay with a pet dog?
Yes. The facility was renovated in October 2023 as a hot spring inn where dogs can stay, and we offer rooms where you can stay with your pet dog. Please check the official website for detailed conditions such as dog size and number of dogs allowed.

What hot spring and bathing facilities do you have?
We have a large public bath, outdoor bath, and private (family) bath. Kaike hot spring water is sodium-calcium chloride, beneficial for neuralgia, muscle pain, poor circulation, and fatigue recovery. Day-use bathing is available (10:15–21:00, ¥1,000 for adults, closed irregularly).

Mizuki Shigeru Road (Sakaiminato, approximately 30 minutes by car), Yonago Castle ruins, and Kaike Beach are nearby. It is also a convenient base for visiting Adachi Museum of Art (Shimane Prefecture), Daisen, and Izumo Taisha.

Following a renovation in February 2022, we have rooms with private viewing baths (Western and Japanese style) on the 5th floor.

What kind of meals are provided?
Dinner features winter kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) with fresh sashimi, grilled seafood, crab dishes, and other specialties from the Sanin region. Breakfast is served as a Japanese set meal with half-buffet style, with a specialty being the live cooking demonstration of tamagoyaki (rolled omelet).

How do I get there?
