How long does it take to get here from Tokyo?
Using the Hokuriku Shinkansen, you can reach Unazuki Onsen in approximately 2 hours from Tokyo or 1 hour from Nagano. The nearest station is Toyama Chiho Railway's "Unazuki Onsen Station".

Is the facility non-smoking? Where can I smoke?
The entire facility is non-smoking. Use of all tobacco including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products is prohibited. Smokers may use the smoking rooms on the 2nd and 5th floors.

How do I get there?
From Hokuriku Shinkansen "Kurobe-Unazuki Onsen Station", transfer to Toyama Chiho Railway for the nearest station "Unazuki Onsen Station" where complimentary transfers are provided. About 2 hours from Tokyo, 1 hour from Nagano. Also accessible to Toyama City and Kanazawa City.

What is your capacity and what room types do you offer?
We accommodate up to 100 guests in 40 rooms total. We offer 3 rooms with private open-air baths, 6 special Japanese rooms with Kurogane River views, 8 Japanese rooms with beds and river views, 2 Japanese-Western rooms with river views, and 21 Japanese rooms with river views.
Do you have guest rooms with private open-air baths?
Yes, we have 3 rooms with private open-air baths. Top floor premium suite "Tsukiyomi" (116㎡, up to 6 guests), top floor suite "Yamamuki" (89㎡, up to 5 guests), and riverside open-air bath special twin room "Fugetsu" (74㎡, up to 2 guests). All feature either Shigaraki pottery or dedicated guest room open-air baths.
What amenities are provided in the rooms?
We provide face towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, yukata, toothbrush set, and hair dryer. Special Japanese rooms are also equipped with Sekkisei skincare set (cleansing, toner, and emulsion) and socks. Rooms with private open-air baths include Dyson hair dryers and coffee machines.

What types of hot spring baths and private baths do you have?
We offer a rock bath, granite bath, and riverside open-air bath, as well as private open-air baths called "Kyokoku", and private baths "Akane", "Matsuba", and "Hanaassugi". There is also a free footbath on the first floor available 24 hours.

Is there a transfer service from the nearest station?
Yes, we provide complimentary pickup service from Toyama Chiho Railway's "Unazuki Onsen Station". Please contact Togen to arrange your transfer.

Where can I have dinner?
Dinner is served at two locations: the evening dining "Pino de bambu" (open area with private rooms available) and "Dining Momotaro" which features an open kitchen.
What kind of food can I enjoy?
You can enjoy fusion dishes combining kaiseki and sushi made with fresh local fish from Toyama Bay, as well as hot pot and sukiyaki featuring Toyama's premium beef, Toyama sake-lees beef, and other locally sourced ingredients.

Can I enjoy complimentary drinks in the lobby?
Yes, complimentary drinks and ice creams are available in the lobby. Service hours are 15:00–21:00 and 7:00–10:00. Wine and beer are available for an additional charge.
When can I use the footbath?
The footbath is located in front of the private open-air bath on the first floor and is available 24 hours. You can use it fully clothed. Please bring a towel from your room. Tables are provided so you can relax with drinks, books, or ice cream. You can also enjoy making hot spring eggs at the footbath.
