Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility. Guest rooms also have televisions. Mobile phones from au, docomo, and softbank can be used for calls, though reception is poor in some areas.

Is there a free shuttle bus from Tazawako Station to the inn?
We do not offer a shuttle bus. Please use the Ugo Kotsu bus bound for "Nyuto Onsen" from Tazawako Station bus stop. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes and costs 820 yen one-way. By taxi, it takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately 7,000 yen.
How do I get from Akita Airport to the inn?
Please use the Airport Liner "Nyuto-go" from Akita Airport. The journey takes approximately 120 minutes and costs 6,000 yen one-way. There are 4 buses daily and advance booking is required.

Can I visit other hot spring inns in the Nyuto Onsen area?
If you purchase a "Yumeguri Notebook" (2,500 yen per booklet, valid for 1 year), you can use day passes for all seven hot springs in Nyuto Onsen and the shuttle bus "Yumeguri-go." The Yumeguri Notebook is sold exclusively to our guests and can be purchased even before check-in.

How do I access the inn?
From Tazawako Station (on the Akita Shinkansen): Take the Ugo Kotsu bus bound for "Nyuto Onsen" from the station bus stop for approximately 50 minutes, then get off at "Myono-yu Onsen-mae" (1 minute walk, 820 yen one-way). By taxi from Tazawako Station: approximately 30 minutes and about 7,000 yen. From Akita Airport: Take the Airport Liner "Nyuto-go" for approximately 120 minutes (6,000 yen one-way, advance booking required, 4 buses daily). No free shuttle bus from the station.

What amenities are provided in the guest rooms?
We provide toothbrush, hairbrush, cotton, shower cap, bath towel, face towel, yukata, down comforter, razor, and soap. All guest rooms are equipped with a hair dryer, safe, refrigerator, and toilet.

Do you have a private bath?
We offer a private bath called "Yawara no Yu." We also have men's and women's indoor baths, men's and women's shower booths (equipped with body soap, shampoo, and conditioner), and men's and women's open-air baths (stone bath, reclining bath, and forest sparkle bath).
Are all outdoor baths mixed-gender only? Can women use them comfortably?
We also have separate outdoor baths for men and women. The mixed-gender outdoor baths (Myoken-no-yu and Gin-no-yu) have designated women-only hours. During mixed times, you can wear a bath towel.

You can choose the main course for dinner. We offer Akita regional specialties including kiritanpo nabe (a local hot pot dish with Hinai chicken and mushrooms in a rich broth).
