How do I get here?
About 20 minutes by free shuttle bus (reservation required) from Kintetsu Kashikojima Station. About 40 minutes from Ise-nishi IC or Tamaki IC on the Ise Expressway.
Where can I eat?
At Restaurant Satomi you can enjoy Japanese set courses featuring seasonal ingredients such as spiny lobster, abalone, and Matsusaka beef, or Western à la carte dishes. BBQ on the terrace is also available at the villas.
Can I use Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available. Please contact the property for where it can be used and whether there is a charge.
What activities are available?
We offer a wide range of nature-focused activities including cruising, SUP, sea kayaking, yoga, bonfire café, golf (on-site course), stargazing, and pickleball.
Can I stay with pets?
You can stay with your dog (including some large breeds) at Forest Villa DOG. Each villa allows vehicle access, and you can move around the extensive grounds by dedicated cart.
What types of rooms are available?
In addition to the hotel wing (60 rooms total), a renovation in April 2026 introduced 18 new villas: Hills Villa with panoramic views and Forest Villa surrounded by forest. Forest Villa DOG (8 villas) is also available for guests staying with dogs.
Is there a hot spring?
Three types of hot spring baths are available: our own source "Shiosai no Yu", "Pearl Aurora Bath" co-developed with Mikimoto Seiyaku, and "Nemunoki Yu".

Free parking is available (no reservation required). 131 spaces are available outdoors.
Is there a shuttle from Kashikojima Station?
A free shuttle bus runs from Kintetsu Kashikojima Station (reservation required). You must choose your preferred time and apply by 8:00 on the day of arrival. The station departure is at :50 every hour (except 12:50), and hotel departure is at :30 every hour (except 12:30).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Times may vary depending on your plan.

Is there a pool?
An outdoor pool operates during summer. A new main pool, jet bath, and kids pool at Hilltop House are scheduled to open on July 18, 2026.
What are the 2026 renovation plans?
The facility will reopen on April 18, 2026, introducing 18 new villas: Hills Villa and Forest Villa. Existing hotel rooms will be renovated, a new lounge and kids space will be added, and Satoyama Aquatic Garden will be developed.
