How long is the walk from Kanazawa Station?

What can I borrow free of charge?
We lend irons, blankets, phone chargers, LAN cables, desk lamps, thermometers and wine openers free of charge, and also have plasters, disposable chopsticks and sewing kits. Please ask at the front desk.
Can I send luggage in advance?
Please send it to the hotel (2-13-27 Hirooka, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa 920-0031) with the date of your stay and the name on the booking. We will hand it over at the front desk at check-in or during your stay.
Is there a laundry service?
A dry-cleaning service is available. Items handed in at the front desk by 9:30 are normally ready at 18:00 the same day. The service is closed on Sundays, public holidays, during Obon and over the New Year period.
Is there a coin laundry?
There is a coin laundry in the hotel, convenient for multi-night stays.

Is there parking, and how do I book?
There is a mechanical multi-storey car park (20 spaces) to the right of the hotel's main entrance, at 1,100 yen including tax per night, entirely by advance booking; please call to reserve. Vehicles must be no more than 180 cm high and 175 cm wide. Larger vehicles should use a nearby coin car park.

How do I get there?
About 5-6 minutes' walk from the Kanazawa Port exit (west exit) of JR Kanazawa Station, including via the underground passage. About 15 minutes from Kanazawa-Higashi IC, Kanazawa-Nishi IC or Kanazawa-Morimoto IC on the Hokuriku Expressway. About 40-45 minutes by limousine bus from Komatsu Airport.
