Is there a parking lot?
Yes, parking is available. For details, please contact the facility.
Can I use the hot spring for a day visit?
Day-use bathing (yado no nukemichi) is available. Please contact the hotel directly for details on rates and hours.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The main building (excluding suite rooms) has check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 10:00. Tenryokaku has 15:00/11:00, Sakurin-kaku has 14:00/11:00, and main building suites have 14:00/11:00. Times may differ depending on your plan.
What type of hot spring water is it?
Our private spring "Tenryo no Yu" is a sodium chloride and bicarbonate hot spring (hypotonic, weakly alkaline, low temperature). It is effective for neuralgia, skin health, and fatigue recovery. You can use the large public bath, open-air bath, sauna, and jacuzzi.
Is there a parking lot? Is there a charge?
We have a parking lot with capacity for 250 vehicles. From April 1, 2024, guests are charged (standard cars ¥1,000 per night, medium vehicles ¥3,000 per night, motorcycles ¥500 per night). Parking is also available before check-in and after check-out (until noon).
Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and guest rooms at no charge.
Is there a shuttle from JR Takayama Station?
A free shuttle bus operates from JR Takayama Station. It is also a 6-minute walk from the west exit. Please contact the hotel for the shuttle schedule.
What dining facilities are available?
We have 8 restaurants and bars including Takayama Buffet, Japanese cuisine, teppanyaki, Chinese cuisine, and karaoke rooms. The "Takayama Buffet" featuring local produce is especially popular.

How do I get there?
Approximately 6 minutes on foot from JR Takayama Station (west exit) with free shuttle bus available. Approximately 10 minutes from Takayama IC on the Chubu Longitudinal Expressway.
Is access to the old town area convenient?
Located near JR Takayama Station, it is easy to reach major attractions such as the old town (sanmachi suji) and Miyagawa morning market by foot or bicycle.
Can we enjoy karaoke?
We have 2 karaoke rooms (up to 20 people each). Available from ¥1,650 per person (90 minutes, drinks extra). Groups of 8 or more only. Open 17:00–23:00 (last entry 21:30).
