Ten detached guest buildings are dotted across extensive grounds of about 12,000 tsubo (roughly 40,000 square metres). All are suites, each with its own open-air bath and indoor bath fed directly from the source.

In the clear air of the Kuju highlands you can look up at a sky full of stars from your room's terrace. The Starlight Rooms are spaced further apart and are particularly well suited to stargazing.

What type of hot spring is it?
It is a bicarbonate spring, said to be good for the skin. The water is almost the same as that of Nagayu Onsen (also in Taketa City), renowned as Japan's finest carbonated spring, and is said to leave the skin smooth.

Nagayu Onsen, Ganji Farm, Kuju Flower Park and the Kuju mountain range are all nearby. It is an area where you can take in magnificent scenery by car.

What is the food like?
At the restaurant Regenbogen you can enjoy a creative full-course dinner by the chef, inspired by the nature of Kuju. Breakfast is a Western-style meal prepared by the chef, with second helpings of freshly baked bread. A wide selection of wines is also available.
